1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the services offered by Mindflow B.V. ("Mindflow," "we," "us," "our"), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Our products are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are not pregnant, and are legally allowed to consume psilocybin-containing truffles in their location. Currently, this includes customers in the Netherlands only. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and consumption of our products is legal in your location. If you have a history of mental health disorders, particularly schizophrenia or other psychosis-related conditions, we strongly advise against using our products. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.

3. ORDERS

Orders are placed via our Shopify store, and are subject to availability. In case an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and provide a refund if payment has already been made.

4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for first-time users. If you do not experience a significant improvement in mood after completing a microdosing cycle, you may request a refund for your first month of use. Refund requests must be made via email to info@mindflow.bio, and are limited to first-time users only. Refunds are processed via Shopify.

5. DELIVERY AND TRACKING

Delivery is managed through Shopify. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription services are provided through Shopify. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify platform.

7. LIABILITY

We cannot be held liable for any illegal use of our products. Our products are intended for use only in countries where they are legal. We also cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or complications that occur from improper use, or use by individuals with pre-existing health conditions or who are pregnant.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

Mindflow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
